At SkillNova, we believe every child deserves to understand the technology shaping their future. Our mission is to make AI education accessible, engaging, and fun for kids aged 11-16.
About Our Founder
Ruta has 25 years of professional experience as an ex-Managing Director, where she led large teams through strategy shifts and technology transformations. As a mother of two, a certified early Educator and a certified Professional Coach – Ruta has a blend of corporate leadership, education foundation, and coaching insight – giving her a unique lens: learning must be practical, human, and empowering.
Our Journey
SkillNova was born from a reality Ruta saw every day — both as a senior leader and as a parent. Technology was advancing at lightning speed, but learning wasn't keeping up.
Parents were anxious, unsure how to prepare their children for a future driven by AI. Children, on the other hand, were using powerful digital tools — without truly understanding the fundamentals, ethical boundaries, or responsible usage behind them.
Learning had become either overwhelming, outdated, or boring.

Ruta founded SkillBridge India, a firm dedicated to building curated, AI-powered learning platforms.
SkillNova™ Launched
SkillNova™ was launched formally as the flagship initiative — designed to make future-ready skills accessible, engaging, and relevant for young learners and families.
